The Single Blanking PlugMinder Cover is designed to completely close off access to a single socket and its switch when the socket is not in use.

Unlike standard PlugMinder plug covers, this model is not designed to enclose a plug or cable. Instead, it provides a secure blanking cover over the socket faceplate, helping prevent access to the socket outlet and switch control.

Once fitted, the socket remains covered behind the lockable PlugMinder cover, helping prevent it from being used, switched or tampered with.

The Single Blanking PlugMinder Cover is suitable for single sockets where no plug is inserted and access to the socket needs to be restricted.

This model is typically suitable for:

• Single sockets that should not be used

• Sockets that need to be temporarily blocked off

• Locations where the switch should not be operated

With an internal depth of just 18.5 mm, this is one of the shallowest PlugMinder covers and is designed specifically for blanking access rather than covering plug bodies.

Completely enclosed design

The Single Blanking PlugMinder Cover has no cable exit holes and is completely enclosed.

This helps provide a clean, secure barrier over the socket and switch, making it suitable for situations where the socket is not being used and no cable needs to exit the cover.

Secure 3-screw baseplate fixing

This model uses the same PlugMinder 3-screw baseplate fixing system as the rest of the range.

The baseplate fixes securely around the existing socket, and the outer cover locks into place to provide a sturdy barrier over the socket faceplate.

No need to replace the socket

Unlike a traditional blanking plate, the Single Blanking PlugMinder Cover does not replace the existing socket.

The socket remains installed in place behind the cover, which means access can be restored quickly and simply by unlocking and removing the PlugMinder cover when required.

This makes it useful where socket access needs to be restricted without permanently removing or replacing the socket itself.
